Khrisha Perfumery – Exchange and Refund Policy
At Khrisha Perfumery, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that occasionally issues may arise. Please review our policy below to understand our terms regarding exchanges and refunds.
1. Faulty Products
If you receive a product that you believe is faulty due to manufacturing defects, we are happy to offer you the following options:
- Refund: You may request a full refund for the faulty product.
- Exchange: We will exchange the faulty product for the same item, subject to availability.
- Replacement: If preferred, we can provide you with a replacement of the same item.
To report a faulty product, please contact us through the Contact Us page. When reporting, please include your order number and any relevant images that support your case.
Please note: Faulty goods refer to products with manufacturing defects and do not include items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow product instructions. Reformulation of a fragrance is not considered a valid reason for return.
2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. All purchases are final unless the product is faulty.
This applies to both online and in-store purchases. We allow and encourage all patrons to test their preferences before making a purchase. Outlet or clearance items are also considered final sale and cannot be returned.
3. Return and Exchange Process
- Online Purchases: If you believe your product is faulty, you can report the issue via the Contact Us form or the Order Management Portal. Include your order number and attach any supporting images. Once the product is confirmed as faulty, we will issue a return shipping label for you to send the product back to us.
- In-Store Purchases: For in-store purchases, please return the product to the store of purchase. Contact information for our stores can be found on the Our Stores page. Please note that exchanges or refunds for change of mind are not permitted for in-store purchases either, and faulty goods will be handled according to this policy.
4. Final Sale Items
Products marked as Outlet or Clearance are considered final sale, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
