RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Due to the artisanal and personal nature of fragrance, we uphold a strict return and exchange policy to maintain the integrity and luxury standard of our offering.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind under any circumstances. All purchases are final. We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet our return conditions.
Return Eligibility – Faulty or Incorrect Products Only
Returns will only be accepted if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You contact us within 14 days of delivery.

The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To begin a return request, you must:

Email info@khrishaperfumery.com.au with your order number, a clear photo of the product, and a description of the issue.

Wait for return approval and a Return Authorisation Form from our team.

Do not return items without authorisation – unsolicited returns will not be accepted or processed.
Refunds
If a return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation once your return has been inspected and approved. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for returns that show signs of use, are not in original packaging, or are returned without approval.
Faulty Items – Return Process
If your product is faulty, we will provide a pre-addressed return satchel for return. Once the item is returned and confirmed faulty, a full refund or replacement will be offered, depending on availability.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for products that are damaged or incorrect. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, preference, or scent dislike.
The Khrisha Sampling Policy
We do not offer sample vials outside of official sampling campaigns or purchases. All samples are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
In-Store Returns
Returns and exchanges in-store must be accompanied by proof of purchase and follow the same terms above. No exceptions will be made.
