1. The Spirit of Dubai Narjesi Fleur, $850
The most expensive bottle on this list and the one that leaves the shelf fastest. Narjesi Fleur moves through an enchanted forest at dusk, narcissus and Taif rose threading the air, saffron sharpening the opening and praline softening everything underneath.
What makes it worth $850 rather than $400 is material quality you can smell in the first thirty seconds. Taif rose is one of the most expensive florals in perfumery and this does not dilute it. Lamar is the fragrance that put Kajal on the global map, composed by Mark Buxton in 2020. Fruit and rose over a warm amber base, polished rather than heavy, and the rare niche release that works as a daily signature without becoming boring.

The interesting part is the structure. Most fruit-and-oud fragrances put the fruit on top as a hook and abandon it. From Luca Gritti's Ivy Collection, Mango Aoud is tropical sweetness run straight into Middle Eastern opulence. Ripe mango, vanilla and amber over agarwood, and it does not apologise for any of it.
This is the most divisive bottle in the edit. It is unapologetically loud and unapologetically sweet, and people either wear it constantly or cannot get near it. The newest release from Oman Luxury and the cheapest bottle in this edit. Saffron and cardamom over a boozy opening, then coffee, suede and benzoin, closing on vanilla, tonka and amberwood.
Omani hospitality is coffee poured for a guest before anyone asks for it, and Caden smells exactly like that idea. It is also the compliment magnet of the group. The logic is straightforward once you see it.
